(1) A state public health engineering department with the urge of immediate implementation and establishment of the strategic objective in their department , was finding it difficult to monitor the day to day lab testing activities and managing their operations across the central office, Zonal offices, divisional offices and labs. The current IT systems were deficient. Other than very few departments who used custom developed application with outdated & un-optimized codes, most of the divisions maintained their reports in excel sheet . Tatwa Technologies conducted a detailed study of the current system and processes. We developed & documented the best suitable business processes incorporating multiple industry practices, certain changes at policy level and better risk & control mechanisms. Tatwa developed a complete detailed methodology to evaluate the potential vendors and prepared a Request for Proposal for a comprehensive ERP implementation.

(2)A renowned International company with presence across 100 countries and development center in India wanted to come up with a new product to target a new market segment. They approached us to help them design a software product which would be ready in a matter of two months and would have to be developed using one of their product frameworks with multiple integrations with various other systems.

Tatwa’s consulting team made a team of resources from various technology platforms and put them together on a Mission Mode for this product development. Tatwa’s team led by a highly experienced resource put their brains together and came up with the right UI requirement, database modelling and over all Architecture with perfect functional requirement document, test cases, integration cases , used cases, DFD / ERD and a project plan in a record time.
