Bhubaneswar 12th September 2016: Tatwa Technologies Ltd is proud to announce that it has been appraised at Maturity Level 3 of the CMMI Institute’s Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI)®. The appraisal was performed by ProMinds Global Solutions Pvt. Ltd., India, the CMMI Institute Partner.

CMMI is a capability improvement framework that provides organizations with the essential elements of effective processes that ultimately improves their performance. For this incredible achievement Tatwa Technologies Ltd, had to undergo the most rigorous of the CMMI Institute process appraisal methods.

An appraisal at Maturity Level 3 indicates TATWA Technologies Ltd is performing at a “Defined” level. At this level, processes are well characterized and understood, and are described in standards, procedures, tools, and methods. The organization’s set of standard processes, which is the basis for Maturity Level 3, is established and improved over time.

“TATWA’s internal business processes were found highly institutionalized, and demonstrate quality focus in all aspects of service delivery; and some of the projects are found to be operating at Higher Maturity Levels of CMMI, in terms of quantitative management and continual improvement.” expressed Mr. Balaji Selvaraju, SCAMPI Lead Appraiser, who led this appraisal of TATWA Technologies Ltd.

Mr. Ayaskanta Mohanty, Managing Director of TATWA Technologies Ltd and Mr.Tapendra N.Senapati , Director of the Company said "The appraisal team, which used one of the most rigorous methods of assessment, looked at 19 Process Areas of CMMI for Services, V1.3, as applied to all aspects of work in TATWA, including BPM and Software Application Development & Maintenance carried out from its Delivery Center and found focus was given towards quality customer satisfaction and on-time delivery”.

He further added, “The organization is clearly customer - focused, with an uncompromising attitude towards quality and on-time delivery, which was evident through appraisal process. It is also a reflection of the organisation’s capability to handle projects and services in a matured way with continuous improvement & efficiency.”

Tatwa Technologies Ltd celebrated this achievement of the CMMI Level 3 appraisal on the evening of 12th September 2016.

The celebration included congratulatory and welcome speeches from Mr.Ayaskanta and Mr.Tapendra of the Company. The contribution of each individual member of the Enterprise, Appraisal Team Members (ATM), along with Project Managers, Functional Heads, team members & everyone involved in the CMMI was recognized by the top management and the appraisal team members were felicitated by trophy and certificate of appreciation.
